This is a classic Jewish pork joke that’s been told in countless ways. This one was sent in by Stuart Goldstein. More jokes are welcome. Please email porkmemoirs [at] gmail.com.
A rabbi has an incredible hankering for pork and travels all the way to a restaurant in the next town to order a roast suckling pig – figuring no one he knows will ever see him there.
Just as his meal is delivered to his table a couple from his synagogue walks into the restaurant and immediately spot him and his traif.
“Rabbi! What are you doing?!” they exclaim.
The rabbi says, “Can you believe this? I ordered a baked apple and this is how they served it!”
